Why am I not getting any video or incorrect video content on the remote TV in a setup with my Audio/Video Receiver?

Check the connections on the Audio/Video Receiver and the MyWirelessTV devices and verify the following:

Make sure your devices are connected correctly.

  1. Make sure the video source devices (STB/DVR/Blu-Ray) are connected to your Audio/Video Receiver (Check the manual for those devices for more information).
  2. Verify that the Audio/Video Receiver is connected to your MyWirelessTV Transmitter with an HDMI cable.
  3. Check the MyWirelessTV Transmitter to be sure that it is connected to the HDTV with an HDMI cable.
    1. Also check that the MyWirelessTV Receiver is connected to your HDTV with an HDMI cable.
  4. Verify that the source device and the Audio/Video Receiver are powered ON.
  5. Make certain that the correct source has been selected on the Audio/Video Receiver.
