Why am I having issues with the audio/video signal on my 4K TV?

If you are using the ARC (Audio Return Channel) or MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port, please try an alternate HDMI port on the TV. Remember to change the TV’s Input to reflect the correct port. 

Note: You may also see a blank or black screen when using one of the above ports.
