I have only one cable modem and it's in the living room. I used the GT784WN in the basement so I can get internet there. I tried to use the netgear as AP but that didn't work, so I switch their jobs.

Hi, So my setup: tv cable --> modem --> netgear WNDR3400 (act as DHCP and has its own wireless)--> GT784WN (RFC 1483 transparent bridging, DHCP disable, and has its own wireless too. Thanks
